Evidently, sufferers abound. Assuming one is a touch-typist, and ones Caps Lock key has been “shown the door”, how prey-tell does one type

Whenever I have a need for all-caps I just hold down the shift key with my left little finger and type as normal. Only difference is I hit Q, A and Z with my left ring finger. Try it out with:
